As part of our Mental Health initiative, the Mental Health Awareness Team and the Ottawa Public Health Team will be running activities in the cafeteria at lunch next week ( exam study skills, handling stress/anxiety) and relaxation sessions will be offered in the Chapel in the morning before exams.
Please join us for some or all of these activities that will help you succeed !!
- Healthy study snacks- giving out apples
- Use coping strategies- Stress balls given out
- Take study breaks and refuel- Smoothies given out
- Stay active- Dance, Dance Revolution Handouts will be given out and Study Tip Cards
