Exam Study Skills and Handling Anxiety Stress !!

As part of our Mental Health initiative, the Mental Health Awareness Team and the Ottawa Public Health Team will be running activities in the cafeteria at lunch next week ( exam study skills, handling stress/anxiety)  and relaxation sessions will be offered in the Chapel in the morning before exams. 
Please join us for some or all of these activities that will help you succeed !! 

Tuesday January 13th-  Healthy study snacks- giving out apples

Wednesday, January 14th- Use coping strategies- Stress balls given out

Thursday, January 15th- Take study breaks and refuel- Smoothies  given out

Friday, January 16th- Stay active- Dance, Dance Revolution Handouts will be given out and Study Tip Cards
  
MondayThursday, January 26th  to 29th

8:00 am. to 8:30 am.- Relaxation Techniques in the CHAPEL
